EvapLiner is an effective process that extends the life of your equipment by many years. It allows you to avoid making large expenditures to replace one of the tower sections or the entire unit.

The reservoir is the most important component of a cooling tower. If the reservoir is corroded and/or leaking, the entire tower should be replaced.
A Mr. GoodTower ® service centre will prepare the corroded area and apply the EvapLiner protective coating. EvapLiner will protect a reservoir operating under the difficult conditions of a cooling tower. Chemical treatment of the water will not affect EvapLiner.

EvapLiner stops leaks by sealing sheet metal seams and filling small pinholes that result from corrosion.

EvapLiner is a flexible membrane that stretches and loosens along with the movement of the panels of the unit.

EvapLiner can be applied on a weekend and the equipment will be back online Monday morning. Depending on the ambient temperature, the tower may be put back into service 4 hours after the application of the coating. EvapLiner can be applied throughout the year (even during cold winter months).

EvapLiner fire retardant is Class A rated (the highest rating available). No other cooling-tower coating on the market is self extinguishing and Class A rated.
